Community Manager

RemoteUS marketing

We are looking for a Community Manager who keeps our community healthy, helpful, and safe. You will be the first person users interact with when they have a question, hit a bug, or need direction. This is a hands-on role focused on making sure nobody falls through the cracks and every conversation lands in the right place.

You do not need to be a blockchain expert, but you do need to care about keeping a community organized and responsive. You will moderate our channels, keep discussions productive, triage issues to the right teams, and make sure people get help fast.

What you will do

  • Moderate our Discord, and other community channels: enforce guidelines, keep conversations on-topic, and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Be active in chat daily, answering questions quickly and ensuring users are not left waiting
  • Triage bug reports, feature requests, and support issues by directing them to the correct channels, repos, or team members
  • Moderate live digital events: manage Q&A, handle disruptions, and keep things running smoothly
  • Identify and remove spam, scams, and bad actors before they cause harm
  • Maintain community documentation: pinned posts, channel descriptions, and onboarding resources
  • Escalate patterns you notice (recurring bugs, common confusion points, frequent requests) to the product and engineering teams

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years managing or moderating online communities, ideally in tech products or SaaS companies
  • Fast, clear communicator who can juggle multiple conversations and keep response times short
  • Strong judgment on when to step in and when to let conversations run, and how to enforce rules without being heavy-handed
  • Organized and process-oriented: you build systems so things do not slip through the cracks
  • Comfortable working async across time zones
  • Genuine interest in helping people solve problems

Nice to have

  • Experience moderating live digital events (webinars, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, or similar)
  • Experience in blockchain or crypto communities, particularly spotting scams, phishing, and social engineering early
  • Familiarity with Discord bots, roles, and moderation tooling
  • Background in technical support or QA
