1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Doodledapp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Doodledapp is a visual, node-based editor for building Solidity smart contracts. The Service allows users to create, edit, compile, test, and deploy smart contracts through a graphical interface. The Service may also include AI-powered features for contract modification and generation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all smart contracts, code, and other content you create using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Doodledapp a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Doodledapp does not claim ownership of any smart contracts or code generated through the platform. You are solely responsible for the use, deployment, and consequences of any code produced using the Service.

5. Smart Contract Disclaimer

The Service is a development tool, not a security auditing platform. You acknowledge and agree that:

Doodledapp does not audit, verify, or guarantee the security, correctness, or fitness of any smart contract created using the Service
Smart contracts deployed to blockchain networks are immutable and may handle real financial assets
You are solely responsible for testing, auditing, and verifying any smart contract before deployment
Doodledapp bears no liability for losses, damages, or vulnerabilities arising from smart contracts created, compiled, or deployed using the Service
You should always engage qualified smart contract auditors before deploying contracts to production environments

6. AI Features Disclaimer

The Service may include AI-powered features for contract generation and modification. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated code may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior
AI outputs should be treated as suggestions and must be reviewed, tested, and validated before use
Doodledapp does not guarantee the accuracy, security, or completeness of any AI-generated content
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated modifications to your contracts

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create contracts intended to defraud, scam, or deceive others
Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

8. Subscription Plans & Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide valid payment information
Accept that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodledapp and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Financial losses resulting from deployed smart contracts
Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to Doodledapp in the twelve months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doodledapp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Smart contracts you create, deploy, or distribute
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

11. Service Availability

Doodledapp strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
Limit or restrict access to ensure service integrity

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect
